Hi guys, yes ive been neglecting the blog again and both or you out there who read it once a month might have noticed HA HA HA
Well Paul and I have been maxing out the miles on the weekends over the last six weeks or so back to back long i mean LOOONNGGG runs saturdays and sundays getting ready for the CTRUN (centennial run, along the centennial trail) Ultra disatnce of 37 miles this Saturday. We will be starting at 7:00 am at nine mile and going until we get to the state line.
Well I was wondering if anyone would like to meet up with us for a mile or two, or whatever your training plans would allow along the way, John A is planning on getting some of the early distance done with us YEE HAAW thanks John, looking forward to that!! It would be great to see alot of ya out there edging us us, Plus Paul wouldent have to listen to me rehashing all my same old tired storys for 6 – 7 hours, I know he would appreciate that very much.
So I put a plan togeather for my beautiful loving wife to meet us along the way to provide some aid, support and overall encouragements, so I will put that here so you can plan a place if you want, i have some rough times mixed in on when we should be approximatly where. now know we are planning an easy 10 minute pace so dont push us too hard please 
If you plan on meeting us give us a reply so we know to watch for you along the way, and bring Mochas HA HA just Kidding!!????
